Spinach & Mushrooms Mix (Print)

Create a quick vegetarian dish with tender cooked mushrooms and spinach, enhanced with garlic and zesty lemon for a bold flavor boost.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of sliced mushrooms (button or cremini).
02 - 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
03 - 4 cups of spinach, rinsed.
04 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
05 - Squeeze of lemon juice (about 1 tablespoon).
06 - Season with salt and black pepper as you like.
07 - Optional: sprinkle fresh parsley on top for decoration.
08 - Optional: a pinch of red chili flakes for extra kick.

# Steps:

01 - Slice mushrooms, mince garlic, clean spinach, and squeeze the lemon for juice.
02 - Warm up the oil in a pan and cook mushrooms for around 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
03 - Toss in the chopped garlic and let it cook for 1-2 minutes until it smells amazing.
04 - Mix in the spinach, add salt and pepper, and pour in the lemon juice to wrap it up.
