# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken Marinade

01 - 4 boneless chicken thighs
02 - 6 garlic cloves, minced
03 - ½ lemon, juiced
04 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
09 - ¼ teaspoon chili flakes

→ Seasoned Butter

10 - 100 g butter, softened
11 - ½ lemon, juiced
12 - Pinch of salt
13 - Pinch of black pepper
14 - Pinch of chili powder (optional)

→ Assembly

15 - Naan bread
16 - Tzatziki sauce
17 - French fries (homemade or frozen)
18 - Red onion, diced
19 - Tomato, diced
20 - Cucumber, diced

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes with all the ingredients for marinating. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Cover and marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
02 - Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers. Air fry or bake at 200°C (400°F) for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
03 - While the chicken cooks, prepare the seasoned butter by combining softened butter with all the listed ingredients and mixing well. Set aside.
04 - Once the chicken is done, baste it generously with the seasoned butter while still hot for an extra boost of flavor.
05 - Heat the naan bread in a skillet or air fryer until soft enough to fold easily.
06 - Lay the naan flat and spread a generous layer of tzatziki. Add a handful of French fries, the buttery chicken pieces, and all the diced vegetables. Wrap the naan tightly with parchment paper.
07 - Serve these delicious homemade chicken gyros fresh and warm. Enjoy the perfect balance of flavors and textures!
