# What You'll Need:

→ Salmon Bites

01 - 4 salmon fillets, cubed
02 - 4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
03 - 4 tablespoons soy sauce
04 - 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
05 - 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
06 - Salt and pepper, to taste
07 - 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, for brushing

→ Stir-Fried Garlic Green Beans

08 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 2 cups green beans
10 - 2 teaspoons coarse salt
11 - White rice, for serving

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
02 - Marinate the salmon bites in a mixture of teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, mayonnaise, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper.
03 - Place the marinated salmon in the air fryer and cook at 190°C (375°F) for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
04 - Brush the salmon with additional teriyaki sauce and air fry for an additional 2 minutes.
05 - Boil the green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
06 - In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the minced garlic for 2 minutes. Add the green beans and coarse salt, sautéing for 4-5 minutes.
07 - Serve the cooked salmon bites alongside the sautéed green beans and white rice for a complete meal.
