Bacon Cheese Doritos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder
05 - 2 tbsp chopped green onions

→ Chips and Garnish

06 - One 10 oz bag of Doritos (Cool Ranch or Nacho Cheese flavor)
07 - Optional extras: crumbled bacon or fresh chives for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Blend the softened cream cheese, cheddar, bacon bits, garlic powder, and green onions together in a medium-sized bowl until smooth.
02 - Gently open a side of each chip to create a pocket. Go slow to avoid breaking them completely apart.
03 - Scoop or pipe the cheese filling into the pocket of each chip. Don't stuff them too much, or the chips might break.
04 - Set the filled chips onto a tray, then chill them in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm up the filling. Sprinkle bacon or chives on top if you'd like before serving.
