Cheesy Spaghetti Bake (Print)

Baked spaghetti with marinara, cheesy layers, and hearty sausage, all golden and bubbly.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Marinara sauce
02 - Optional red pepper flakes
03 - Minced garlic
04 - Chopped onion
05 - Italian sausage meat
06 - Uncooked spaghetti

→ Cheese Layer

07 - Dried oregano
08 - Garlic powder
09 - Fresh grated parmesan
10 - Ricotta cheese
11 - Softened cream cheese

→ Topping

12 - Shredded mozzarella

# Steps:

01 - Turn on your oven to 375°F. Mix up all the cheese ingredients for the middle layer.
02 - Get the pasta ready—cook it just a couple of minutes less than usual. Brown up the sausage with the onions, then toss in the garlic.
03 - Stir together the cooked pasta, the marinara, and the meat mixture.
04 - Start with half the pasta mix, then add the cheese, then the rest of the pasta, and finish it with mozzarella on top.
05 - Cover and bake for half an hour. Pop off the lid and broil until the top's golden.

# Notes:

01 - Wait 5-10 minutes after baking to slice it up.
02 - The cheese layer doesn't need to be spread perfectly.
03 - Adding extra marinara helps keep leftovers tasty.
