Start by setting your oven to 350°F. Get out an 8x8 baking dish and either grease it lightly or lay down some parchment paper so it doesn’t stick.

Dump the oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon into a large mixing bowl. Stir it all up until it looks even.

Mix in the milk, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, and melted oil. Stir thoroughly—it might seem a bit watery, but that’s totally normal!

Carefully mix about ½ cup of the blueberries into the batter. Pour it into your prepared pan and scatter the rest of the blueberries over the top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the middle is firm when you press it. Let it sit in the pan for a few minutes to cool off before slicing and serving.
