# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups plain flour
02 - 1/2 cup softened butter
03 - 1/4 cup sour cream
04 - 4 mashed bananas (around 1 1/2 cups total)
05 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
06 - 2 large eggs
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
09 - 3/4 cup white sugar

→ Cheesecake Layer

10 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese
11 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
12 - 1/4 cup sugar
13 - 1 egg

# Steps:

01 - Turn on your oven to 350°F. Coat a 9x5 pan with oil or use parchment to line it up.
02 - Combine flour, salt, and baking soda in a medium bowl and keep nearby for later.
03 - Whip butter and sugar until light and creamy (3–5 mins). Add eggs, one by one, then mix in vanilla. Stir in bananas and sour cream, then gently fold in the dry mixture.
04 - Mix cream cheese with sugar until silky. Blend in egg and vanilla till smooth.
