Moist Banana Pineapple Loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wet Ingredients

01 - Crushed pineapple and its juice
02 - A soft, mashed banana
03 - Eggs, large-sized
04 - Sugar, white and fine
05 - Butter, softened and smooth

→ Dry Ingredients

06 - A pinch of salt
07 - Baking soda
08 - Baking powder
09 - Plain flour

→ Mix-ins

10 - Coconut flakes

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F. Whip sugar and butter till light and creamy
02 - Add pineapple pieces, banana mash, and eggs one at a time
03 - Blend the dry mix of flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder with wet stuff
04 - Stir in coconut, then pour batter into a greased loaf tin, size 9x5
05 - Bake for about 60 minutes. Let it sit for 10 minutes in the pan

01 - Mix just enough, don’t overdo it
02 - Pineapple liquid doesn’t get drained
