BBQ Ranch Protein Bowl (Print)

Tender chicken, cottage cheese, and ranch-BBQ drizzle make this bowl loaded with protein and totally satisfying.

# Ingredients:

01 - 15 g shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
02 - 2 tbsp sugar-free BBQ sauce
03 - 120 g low-fat cottage cheese
04 - 2 tbsp light ranch sauce
05 - 1 chicken breast, like Just Bare or similar, about 120–150 g

# Steps:

01 - Dig in right away, or put it in the fridge and save it for tomorrow.
02 - Drizzle ranch and the BBQ sauce on the chicken, then toss the shredded cheddar over the top.
03 - Once the chicken's cooked, cut it up and place it on the cottage cheese in your bowl.
04 - While the chicken cooks, scoop 120 g of that low-fat cottage cheese into your bowl.
05 - Grill, bake, or pan-fry your chicken breast for 12–16 minutes total, turning so both sides cook, and make sure the middle hits 74°C.

# Notes:

01 - Want more crunch? Add chopped fresh veggies or some roasted sweet potatoes. You can easily swap out the sauces—just stick with low-cal options if you're watching your macros. Feel free to switch up the cheese or toss in extra veggies too.
