01 -
Put a big skillet on medium heat. Toss in the ground beef and cook it until it's no longer pink. Break it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Add the diced onion and stir for another 2–3 minutes until it's soft. Get rid of any extra grease.
02 -
Mix in the cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir everything so the beef gets coated evenly and tastes delicious.
03 -
Spread the tortillas out flat. Spoon some of the seasoned meat mixture right into the middle of each. Sprinkle plenty of mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the beef.
04 -
Fold in the tortilla's edges toward the middle, then roll it up snugly from the bottom to make a tight wrap. Do this for all the tortillas and filling.
05 -
Place a non-stick pan on medium heat. Put the wraps in seam-side down and toast them for about 2–3 minutes on both sides until the cheese melts and the tortilla gets golden brown.
06 -
Take the wraps out of the pan. Top them with chopped cilantro, salsa, sour cream, or guacamole if you like. Serve warm and dig in!
