Beefy Melt Burrito (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 oz lean ground beef
02 - 1 oz taco seasoning mix
03 - 1/4 cup broth or water
04 - 1 cup optional refried beans
05 - 2 cups ready-made Mexican rice

→ For Building

06 - 4 large flour tortillas
07 - 2 cups crushed Fritos or Doritos
08 - 1 cup warmed nacho cheese sauce
09 - 1 cup shredded cheese blend
10 - 1/2 cup plain sour cream

# Instructions:

01 - In a skillet, cook beef until browned. Stir in taco seasoning and broth or water. Let it simmer for a minute or two. If using, add refried beans and combine.
02 - Prepare Mexican rice following the box instructions. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for 20-30 seconds till soft.
03 - Put beef mix, rice, crushed chips, nacho cheese, shredded cheese, and sour cream onto each tortilla. Fold the sides inward, then roll it up tightly.
04 - Place the burrito in a skillet and heat for 2-3 minutes per side till it looks golden and crisp.
