# Ingredients:

01 - 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
02 - 1 small onion, chopped up
03 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, split in half
04 - ½ cup sour cream
05 - 1 lb ground beef
06 - 1 can (10.5 oz) creamy mushroom soup

→ Seasonings

07 - Add a pinch of salt and pepper as needed
08 - Feel free to throw in garlic powder, paprika, or any spices you love

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to heat up at 375°F (190°C)
02 - Start by cooking the beef and onions together, throw in your seasonings, and get rid of the leftover grease
03 - Stir the sour cream and mushroom soup into the beef mix, letting it warm through
04 - Grease a dish, spread out the beef mix, sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese, and lay the tater tots on top
05 - Pop it into the oven for 25-30 mins till the tots turn golden, sprinkle the rest of the cheese, and bake for 5 more minutes

01 - Throw on some parsley or green onions. Worcestershire sauce or bacon crumbles can really level it up.
