Quick one-pan chicken noodles with fresh veggies and a flavorful sauce. Tastes way better than ordering out!

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 12 ounces uncooked chow mein noodles
02 - 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
03 - 3 tablespoons oil for cooking

→ Vegetables

04 - 1 large carrot cut into thin strips
05 - Half a bunch of green onions, sliced
06 - 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
07 - 2 cups of thinly shredded cabbage

→ Sauce

08 - 3 tablespoons sesame oil (light, not toasted)
09 - 6 tablespoons oyster flavoring sauce
10 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium)
11 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
12 - 1 tablespoon sugar (granulated)
13 - ½ cup broth made from chicken

# Steps:

01 - Mix sugar, soy sauce, chicken broth, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
02 - Boil the noodles as the package says. Drain them, rinse under cold water, and leave them to cool.
03 - Slice the chicken into strips. Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Cook the chicken strips until browned. Remove and set aside.
04 - In the same pan, cook garlic, cabbage, and carrots until the veggies soften and the cabbage looks translucent.
05 - Put the noodles and chicken back in the pan. Pour the sauce over it all, then cook for another couple of minutes, stirring, until heated through.
06 - Sprinkle sliced green onions over the dish and serve while it's hot.

# Notes:

01 - If you’re using pre-cooked noodles, grab about 1 pound.
02 - For the ideal taste, go with light sesame oil instead of toasted.
