Big Mac Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Tangy Sauce

01 - 1 teaspoon paprika
02 - 1 teaspoon white vinegar
03 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
04 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
06 - 2 tablespoons chopped dill pickles
07 - 1/2 cup mayo

→ Filling & Wraps

08 - 4 large tortillas made from flour
09 - 1/2 cup chopped onions
10 - 1 pound ground beef, lean
11 - Pinch of salt and pepper
12 - Cheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup)
13 - Shredded lettuce (1 cup)
14 - Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
15 - Slices of dill pickles

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together mayo, pickles, mustard, paprika, vinegar, onion powder, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl till it's blended smoothly. Keep it in the fridge while you get the rest ready.
02 - Toss some olive oil into a frying pan over medium heat. Soften the onions first, then stir in the beef. Sprinkle on some salt and pepper, cook till browned, and drain the extra grease.
03 - Warm up the tortillas slightly. Slather on the sauce, then pop in the beef mix. Pile on lettuce, cheese, and pickles before rolling it up.
04 - Tuck the sides of your tortilla in tight, then roll it closed. You can cut it in half if you'd like, and serve right away.

# Notes:

01 - For the freshest results, stick to crisp lettuce and freshly grated cheese.
02 - Feel free to tweak the sauce—extra mustard makes it bolder, and more pickles give it crunch.
03 - Turn up the heat by tossing in spicy stuff like jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce.
04 - Going for lean beef keeps the wraps from being too oily.
