Big Mac Wraps (Print)

Get all the tasty goodness of a classic burger neatly tucked into a tortilla with special sauce, flavorful beef, and fresh toppings.

# Ingredients:

→ For the Special Sauce

01 - 1/2 cup mayo
02 - 2 tablespoons ketchup
03 - 2 tablespoons finely grated onion
04 - 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
05 - 2 teaspoons regular mustard
06 - 1 teaspoon vinegar (white)
07 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika

→ For the Beef Filling

08 - 1 pound ground beef (lean)
09 - 1 teaspoon table salt
10 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
12 - 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

→ For Assembly

13 - 4 (6-inch) soft tortillas (flour)
14 - 2 cups lettuce, thinly shredded
15 - 1/4 cup pickles, diced
16 - 1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped into small pieces
17 - 1/4 cup red onions, thin slices
18 - 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated

# Steps:

01 - Blend together the mayo, onion, ketchup, relish, mustard, vinegar, and paprika in a small dish. Once smooth, stick it in the fridge to chill while you handle the rest. The chill time makes everything taste even better.
02 - Warm a big pan on medium. Toss in the ground beef and break it apart as you stir. Cook until you see no pink left, which should be around 5–7 minutes. Drain the extra grease, then sprinkle on the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire. Let it heat up for a minute longer so it absorbs all those great flavors.
03 - Spread your tortillas flat on the counter. Grab the sauce from the fridge and smear about 2 tablespoons over each tortilla, staying a little away from the edges.
04 - Split the lettuce evenly over your tortillas, then sprinkle on the cheddar cheese. Toss on the onions, pickles, and tomatoes, spreading everything out evenly.
05 - Scoop the cooked meat onto the veggies, dividing it so each wrap gets a quarter of the mixture.
06 - Fold the tortilla’s sides inward and start rolling from the bottom. Be sure to tuck the edges as you go so the wrap stays together. You can use a toothpick to hold it in place if needed. Slice them on a diagonal and serve while they’re still cozy.
07 - Grab a couple of napkins and enjoy! They’re packed with all the taste of a burger but way simpler to make at home.

# Notes:

01 - These wraps bring all the Big Mac vibes in a fun, quick-to-make package for lunch or dinner.
02 - You can mix the sauce up to 3 days in advance—just keep it in the fridge.
03 - Ditch the tortillas for lettuce leaves if you want to cut back on carbs.
