Blueberry Banana Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup brown sugar
02 - 2 medium ripe bananas
03 - 2 eggs
04 - 1 cup blueberries
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
07 - 2 cups rolled oats

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 425°F and get your muffin pan ready with liners.
02 - Smoosh up the bananas, stir in the eggs, and add oats, sugar, baking powder, and vanilla.
03 - Gently mix in the blueberries so they don’t get squished.
04 - Scoop batter into muffin cups and bake for 15 minutes.
