Lay the tortilla flat and place one slice of American cheese in the center. Layer the cooked eggs and sausage slices on top of the cheese. Add the second slice of American cheese on top. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly to form a burrito.

Heat the butter in the non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the burrito seam-side down in the pan and cook for about 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
