Turn on the oven to 375°F. Coat the mini muffin pan with a layer of cooking spray.

On a floured surface, stretch out the dough and cut 24 even squares.

Put each dough piece in the muffin slots. Add a slice of brie, spoon on the cranberry sauce, and finish up with some rosemary on top.

Pop in the oven for 15 minutes until golden. Serve while still toasty.
