Brown Bread Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1¼ cups molasses.
02 - 1¾ cups milk.
03 - ¼ cup honey.
04 - ¼ cup butter.
05 - 1 packet of yeast.
06 - 1 tablespoon cocoa powder.
07 - 1 tablespoon instant coffee.
08 - 2 cups white flour.
09 - 2 cups whole wheat flour.
10 - ¼ cup rolled oats.
11 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up the milk, stir in the sugar and yeast, and wait until it puffs up.
02 - Toss in everything else except the oats and mix till it all comes together.
03 - Pop it into a greased bowl, cover, and let it rest for an hour.
04 - Give it a light knead for a few minutes, split it into three pieces, and sprinkle oats on top.
05 - Let your loaves hang out and expand for 30 to 40 minutes.
06 - Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes, then enjoy it warm.
