Combine those juicy grilled chicken strips and tomato goodness with your pasta. Scoop onto plates while it's still hot. If you want, toss on some more fresh basil or Parm on top.

Stir the chopped tomatoes, leftover basil, the rest of the garlic, a splash of balsamic, and some olive oil together in a bowl.

Drop your pasta in plenty of salted boiling water and cook till it has a bite (al dente). Drain, then toss it right away with a spoonful of olive oil.

Let the chicken soak for about half an hour in 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, one clove of minced garlic, and 60 ml chopped basil. Then grill it on medium until the inside hits 74°C. Slice it up.
