Crispy chicken thighs bathed in a buttery garlic-herb sauce. Perfect for a fast, flavorful dinner any night of the week.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - 4 chicken thighs with skin and bones still on

→ Fats & Oils

02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted

→ Herbs & Aromatics

04 - 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
05 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
06 - 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped fresh

→ Seasonings

07 - 1 teaspoon of paprika
08 - Pepper and salt, as much as you like

→ Optional Ingredients

09 - Grated Parmesan cheese (to taste)
10 - Juice of 1 lemon, about a tablespoon

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Use paper towels to dry the chicken thighs completely, then sprinkle salt, paprika, and pepper all over them.
02 - Add olive oil to a big skillet and warm it over medium-high heat. Lay the chicken pieces skin-side down and cook for 5-7 minutes, then flip and cook an extra 4-5 minutes.
03 - Turn the heat to medium-low. Toss in butter and let it melt, then stir in the minced garlic. Cook until you can smell it, then mix in thyme and rosemary.
04 - Put the chicken back into the pan, skin-side up. Coat the chicken with the sauce and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until the internal temperature is 165°F.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Drying chicken makes the skin turn crispy when cooked.
02 - Pairs well with rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted veggies.
