Creamy Lemon Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - Chicken thighs with skin and bone still on
02 - Paprika, smoked

→ Sauce

03 - Butter, unsalted
04 - Garlic, chopped fine
05 - Chicken broth or stock
06 - Cream, heavy
07 - Parmesan cheese grated fresh
08 - Lemon juice, fresh squeezed

→ Additions

09 - Thyme, dried
10 - Spinach, tender baby leaves
11 - Season with pepper and salt

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 400°F. Sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper on the chicken
02 - Melt butter and brown both sides of the chicken for about 3 minutes each
03 - Sauté garlic in butter, mix in cream, broth, and spices. Simmer until spinach softens
04 - Add chicken back to the dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until it hits 165°F inside

01 - Insert thermometer into the thickest spot
02 - Sauce should slightly turn thick
