Sprinkle on the rest of the mozzarella, pop the lid on, and let it sit until all the cheese melts.

Dump in half the mozzarella, stirring till it's totally melted.

Put on a lid, lower the heat, and cook for 10–15 minutes till your pasta's done.

Pour in beef broth, steak sauce, tomato sauce, and milk. Toss in the uncooked noodles, too.

Drain out the extra fat. Throw in your steak seasoning, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and oregano.

Toss in the diced onion and bell pepper, then sauté till they're soft.

Cook the ground beef in a big pan over medium-high. Break it up and cook it through.
