Savory beef, bell peppers, onion, and smooth cheese blend up with pasta for a cozy crowd-pleaser.

# Ingredients:

→ Cheese

01 - 200 g shredded mozzarella

→ Spices

02 - 1 tsp paprika powder
03 - 0.5 tsp dried oregano
04 - 1 tsp onion powder
05 - 1 tsp steak seasoning
06 - 1 tsp garlic powder

→ Main stuff

07 - 250 g dry spiral pasta
08 - 400 ml beef broth
09 - 2 tbsp A1 steak sauce
10 - 350 ml whole milk
11 - 1 green bell pepper, diced
12 - 225 g tomato sauce
13 - 1 onion, diced
14 - 500 g ground beef

# Steps:

01 - Serve it up hot right away.
02 - Sprinkle on the rest of the mozzarella, pop the lid on, and let it sit until all the cheese melts.
03 - Dump in half the mozzarella, stirring till it's totally melted.
04 - Put on a lid, lower the heat, and cook for 10–15 minutes till your pasta's done.
05 - Pour in beef broth, steak sauce, tomato sauce, and milk. Toss in the uncooked noodles, too.
06 - Drain out the extra fat. Throw in your steak seasoning, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and oregano.
07 - Toss in the diced onion and bell pepper, then sauté till they're soft.
08 - Cook the ground beef in a big pan over medium-high. Break it up and cook it through.

# Notes:

01 - If you like it creamier, just splash in a bit more milk.
