Cheesy Chicken Bacon Roll (Printable Version)

A version of Costco's classic! Stuffed with tender chicken, crispy bacon, and melted cheese in toasty pizza dough.

# What You'll Need:

→ Proteins & Dairy

01 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
02 - 6 crispy bacon slices, crumbled
03 - 2 chicken breasts, fully cooked and torn into pieces
04 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

→ Base & Sauces

05 - 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
06 - 1 tbsp olive oil
07 - 1 package of pizza dough, store-bought or homemade

→ Seasonings

08 - 1 tsp seasoning mix (Italian style)
09 - A pinch of salt and pepper
10 - 1 tsp garlic powder

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Toss cooked chicken, bacon, Caesar dressing, and both cheeses in a bowl. Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper as you mix it up thoroughly.
02 - Grill, bake, or sauté chicken until no longer pink, then shred into strips. Fry bacon in a pan until crispy, then crumble it into small pieces.
03 - Turn your oven to 375°F (190°C). Stretch the pizza dough on a floured surface until it's a 12×8-inch rectangle.
04 - Spread the chicken filling down the center, leaving some space around the edges. Roll one side of the dough over the filling, then repeat with the other side. Tuck in the ends to close it up.
05 - Put the stuffed dough seam-side down on a parchment-covered baking sheet. Use a brush to coat the top with olive oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until it's golden and the cheese has melted.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Opt for a store-bought rotisserie chicken to save prep time.
02 - Switch Caesar dressing for ranch dressing if you'd rather.
03 - For a crunchier crust, brush the outside with garlic butter before baking.
