06 - ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - ½ teaspoon salt

→ For Frying

10 - Enough vegetable oil for frying

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a medium-sized bowl and toss in the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, jalapenos, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir everything together until it’s smooth and totally combined.
02 - Lay an egg roll wrapper flat with one corner pointing at you. Drop a small spoonful of filling in the center. Use water to coat the edges lightly for sealing. Wrap the bottom corner up over the filling, fold the sides in, and roll it up snugly. Seal the last corner. Repeat until all are done.
03 - Warm up some oil in a big pan over medium-high heat until it’s about 350°F (175°C). Gently add a few rolls, being careful not to crowd them. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn golden brown and crisp. Set them on paper towels to soak up the oil after cooking.
04 - Let the rolls sit for a minute or two to cool slightly. For extra flavor, serve them warm with dipping sauces like ranch, sour cream, or something spicy.

# Notes:

01 - Choosing to bake? Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
02 - Want to prep early? Roll the egg rolls and keep them cold in the fridge until it’s time to cook.
03 - Pair with dips like ranch, sour cream, or a sriracha mayo for even more flavor.
