Toss a good handful of mozzarella and cheddar over everything, then drop on more mini pepperoni. You can pop this in the oven to melt the cheese or just leave it covered on low heat till it's gooey.

Toss in the frozen tortellini and stir to coat them with the sauce and cheese. Put the lid on and let it cook on low to medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until the tortellini get soft.

Pour in the marinara, then scoop in the cream cheese. Stir well so the cream cheese mixes in completely.

Add those little pepperoni slices to the beef in the pan and cook till they're just a little crispy. Drain any extra fat, then stir in the garlic.
