Cheesy Tortellini Pan (Print)

Tortellini, melty cheese and tomato sauce all get tossed in one pan with savory ground beef—super cozy, rich and on the table fast.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Stuff

01 - grated cheese (as much mozzarella and cheddar as you like)
02 - 35 g mini pepperoni
03 - 115 g cream cheese
04 - 540 g frozen tortellini
05 - 680 g marinara sauce
06 - 1 tbsp chopped garlic
07 - 1 tsp Italian herbs
08 - 1 tsp onion powder
09 - 0.5 tsp black pepper
10 - 0.5 tsp salt
11 - 450 g ground beef

# Steps:

01 - Toss a good handful of mozzarella and cheddar over everything, then drop on more mini pepperoni. You can pop this in the oven to melt the cheese or just leave it covered on low heat till it's gooey.
02 - Toss in the frozen tortellini and stir to coat them with the sauce and cheese. Put the lid on and let it cook on low to medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until the tortellini get soft.
03 - Pour in the marinara, then scoop in the cream cheese. Stir well so the cream cheese mixes in completely.
04 - Add those little pepperoni slices to the beef in the pan and cook till they're just a little crispy. Drain any extra fat, then stir in the garlic.
05 - Start by browning the ground beef in a large pan over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks. While it's sizzling, shake in salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian herbs.

# Notes:

01 - Don’t forget to drain off any extra grease after cooking the beef so the dish doesn’t turn out oily.
