Cheesy Stuffed Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bread

01 - 1 loaf of Italian bread, 16 ounces
02 - Garlic powder and butter, to your liking

→ Meat Sauce

03 - 1 medium onion, chopped
04 - 1 pound of sausage, ground
05 - 6 ounces of tomato paste
06 - 16 ounces of tomato sauce
07 - 1 pound of ground beef
08 - 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic

→ Pasta & Cheese

09 - 2/3 cup of Mozzarella, set aside in portions
10 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, split in two
11 - 7 ounces of spaghetti, uncooked

→ Seasonings

12 - 1 teaspoon plus a dash of salt
13 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
14 - 1 tablespoon of Italian herbs

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F. Boil spaghetti until tender but firm.
02 - Sauté onion and ground meats together. Drain grease, then stir in paste, tomato sauce, and seasonings. Simmer for several minutes. Mix in cooked pasta.
03 - Cut the bread in half lengthwise. Remove some of the inside. Coat it with garlic butter, then bake briefly to make it crisp.
04 - Pack each bread half with the pasta mix. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake until bubbly and browned, about 15-20 minutes.
