Cheesy Tater Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can of mushroom soup.
02 - 1 pound of minced beef.
03 - ⅓ cup of sour cream.
04 - ½ cup of milk.
05 - ½ tbsp of salt.
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
07 - ½ tsp black pepper.
08 - ¾ pound frozen corn.
09 - 1½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar).
10 - 28-ounce pack frozen tots.
11 - ½ cup diced bacon bits.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and lightly oil a 9x13 tray.
02 - Cook and brown the meat, then remove any grease.
03 - Combine sour cream, milk, seasonings, and soup until it’s all mixed together.
04 - Bring in the corn, cheese (half a cup), cooked meat, and bacon bits, then spread into your tray.
05 - Place your tater tots across the top with more shredded cheese.
06 - Bake for 40 minutes, then add the rest of your cheese and cook an extra 5 minutes until melted.

# Notes:

01 - You can add extra crunchy bacon as a topping.
02 - Always keep the tots frozen before cooking.
