Turn on your oven and set it to 350°F.

Stir the cocoa powder and cookie mix together using a fork.

With a mixer, whip together the cream cheese, butter, and egg until really creamy (about 2-3 minutes).

Add the dry mix to the wet ingredients and stir until you’ve got a stiff dough.

Pop the cookies in the oven for about 10-12 minutes.

Microwave the cream for about 30 seconds until bubbling.

Stir chocolate chips into the hot cream until it’s all melted together.

Pour the chocolate into a plastic bag, snip off the corner, and you’re ready to pipe!

Squeeze melted chocolate into the little wells in the cookies.

Gently place a cherry into each cookie’s center.
