Chicken Cranberry Walnut (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup of mayonnaise.
02 - 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt.
03 - 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.
04 - 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard.
05 - 1 teaspoon of garlic puree.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon of fine salt.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
08 - 1 pre-cooked rotisserie chicken.
09 - 3/4 cup of sweetened cranberries.
10 - 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts.
11 - 1 rib of celery.
12 - 3 green onions.
13 - Lettuce leaves to go with it.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the mayo, yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
02 - Toss in the chicken, cranberries, walnuts, celery, and part of the green onions.
03 - Layer it onto some lettuce or toss it onto bread slices.

# Notes:

01 - Swap lemon juice for lime, if you like.
02 - Store-bought cooked chicken works fine.
03 - Tastes better when cold.
04 - Feel free to change the mayo amount.
