If you want the crunch, cook just the chicken filling in the oven as explained below, then pour the hot mix over fresh tortilla chips right before eating.

Scatter more shredded cheddar on top. Throw on some foil to cover and let it bake for about 30–35 minutes. You want it bubbling and hot.

Grease up a 20x20 cm pan. Lay out some tortilla chips (couple handfuls), scoop on half your chicken combo, repeat, and let the rest of the chicken mix cover things at the end.

Dump your chicken, cheddar, soup, milk, sour cream, drained tomatoes, and taco seasoning in a bowl. Mix till everything's blended together nicely.

Get your oven up to 175°C.
