Chicken Tortellini Parmesan (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups of broccoli pieces.
02 - 1 cup Parmesan, freshly shredded.
03 - 1 cup heavy cream.
04 - Salt and black pepper as needed.
05 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
06 - 12 oz tortellini filled with cheese.
07 - Half a cup of chicken stock.
08 - 1 teaspoon of Italian herbs.
09 - 2 chicken breasts, diced into small pieces.
10 - 4 minced cloves of garlic.
11 - Parsley, chopped, to sprinkle on top.

# Instructions:

01 - Follow cooking instructions on the package for tortellini. Fresh ones need around 3-5 minutes, frozen about 8-10 minutes.
02 - Add salt and pepper to the chicken. Sauté in olive oil for 5-7 minutes until it turns golden brown. Set it aside.
03 - Using the same pan, cook garlic for a minute. Pour in heavy cream and broth, let it bubble gently for 2-3 minutes. Add Parmesan and stir until it melts.
04 - Steam the broccoli until it’s bright green and slightly soft but still crisp.
05 - Combine the tortellini, cooked chicken, and warm broccoli into the sauce. Stir until coated evenly.
06 - Adjust seasoning with extra salt and pepper if you like. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Save some of the pasta water to loosen the sauce if it gets too thick.
02 - Cook chicken in smaller portions if your pan is crowded.
03 - Steam the broccoli ahead so it’s ready to go.
