Toss together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Stir well and leave it aside.

Mash the two bananas with a fork in another bowl. Pour in the milk and crack in the egg, then whisk until smooth.

Blend the dry stuff into the wet mix and stir gently. Don’t forget the chocolate chips—fold them in at the end. Batter won’t be perfectly smooth, and that’s okay.

Melt butter in a hot pan on medium heat. Drop ¼ cup of batter for each pancake and cook till you see bubbles on top and the bottom's golden, about 2 minutes per side.

Take the cooked pancakes out and keep going till you’ve used all the batter.

Layer pancakes with some banana slices and sprinkle those extra chocolate chips. Pour syrup over the top and enjoy while hot!
