Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1 tbsp Baking Powder
02 - 1½ cups Flour (All-Purpose)
03 - 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
04 - 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
05 - ¼ tsp Fine Salt

→ Wet Ingredients

06 - 1 cup Dairy Milk
07 - 1 Whole Egg
08 - 2 Medium-Sized Bananas (Ripe)

→ Mix-ins

09 - ¼ cup Milk Chocolate Pieces
10 - ¼ cup Dark Chocolate Chunks

→ For Serving

11 - Freshly Sliced Banana
12 - Drizzle of Maple Syrup
13 - Extra Chocolate Chips

# Instructions:

01 - Toss together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Stir well and leave it aside.
02 - Mash the two bananas with a fork in another bowl. Pour in the milk and crack in the egg, then whisk until smooth.
03 - Blend the dry stuff into the wet mix and stir gently. Don’t forget the chocolate chips—fold them in at the end. Batter won’t be perfectly smooth, and that’s okay.
04 - Melt butter in a hot pan on medium heat. Drop ¼ cup of batter for each pancake and cook till you see bubbles on top and the bottom's golden, about 2 minutes per side.
05 - Take the cooked pancakes out and keep going till you’ve used all the batter.
06 - Layer pancakes with some banana slices and sprinkle those extra chocolate chips. Pour syrup over the top and enjoy while hot!

# Notes:

01 - Super ripe bananas make these taste amazing.
02 - Lumpy batter is just right—don’t overstir it.
03 - Pancakes are tastiest straight from the pan.
