Sweet Chocolate Strawberries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ripe strawberries, washed and dried.
02 - Dark chocolate melting wafers, 12 ounces.
03 - White candy coating for drizzling.
04 - Small sprinkles to garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Make sure strawberries are washed and completely dry. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Use the microwave at medium heat, stirring every 30 seconds to smoothly melt the chocolate.
03 - Grab strawberries by the green stem, coat in chocolate, remove any excess, and arrange on the paper to cool.
04 - Before the chocolate firms, sprinkle with decorations, if you want to use them.
05 - After cooling, melt the white coating and use a piping bag to drizzle over the strawberries.

# Notes:

01 - Don’t use chocolate chips, use candy coatings.
02 - The berries must be completely dry.
03 - Feel free to add nuts or other toppings.
