02 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
03 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
04 - ½ cup buttermilk
05 - ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
06 - 1 ½ tablespoons vanilla extract
07 - ¼ cup canola oil
08 - ½ teaspoon salt
09 - 1 ½ cups universal flour
10 - 2 large eggs
11 - ‌½ teaspoon molasses
12 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

→ Cinnamon Coating

13 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
14 - ½ cup room-temp butter
15 - ¼ cup light brown sugar
16 - ½ teaspoon cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven up to 350°F (175°C). Butter or spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan to keep things from sticking.
02 - In a bowl, stir together salt, baking powder, and flour. This mix is ready for action!
03 - Fire up your mixer! Whisk together softened butter, granulated sugar, and oil till it’s fluffy and smooth. A quick 3-minute mix does the trick.
04 - Crack in the eggs one by one, mixing well after each. Toss in that vanilla and give it another good stir.
05 - Slowly mix the wet and dry bowls, going in three steps. Start with the dry, drizzle some buttermilk, and keep alternating. Don’t mix too hard!
06 - Scoop a small bowl of batter (about ¾ cup) and combine it with all the cinnamon, brown sugar, and molasses. That’s your swirl magic.
07 - Pour half of the plain batter in your pan. Add blobs of half the cinnamon blend. Swirl it a little with a knife. Repeat with the rest.
08 - Bake for 45-50 mins. You’ll know it’s done if a toothpick comes out with just a few crumbs.
09 - Cool for 10 minutes. Coat it in melted butter and cinnamon-sugar on all sides. Chill fully before slicing it up.

# Notes:
