Healthy Cinnamon Roll Oats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Pinch of salt
02 - 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
03 - 1 teaspoon chia seeds
04 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
05 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
06 - 1 cup old-fashioned oats

→ Wet Ingredients

07 - 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
09 - 1 cup non-dairy milk

→ Healthy Icing

10 - 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
11 - 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
12 - 1 teaspoon oat milk
13 - 1 tablespoon coconut yogurt

# Instructions:

01 - Toss together the oats, cinnamon, sugar, salt, chia seeds, and flaxseed.
02 - Mix in plant milk, yogurt, and vanilla until smooth.
03 - Transfer to jars, cover, and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or leave overnight.
04 - Blend together the yogurt, maple syrup, oat milk, and lemon juice for an optional topping.
05 - Give the oats a mix and, if needed, add some milk to adjust the texture. Drizzle the icing on top if you like.
