01 -
Set your oven to 350°F and give a 9x13 baking dish a good coat of nonstick spray.
02 -
Use a big mixing bowl to blend 3 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 4 tsp baking powder, 2 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla, and 1 ½ cups milk. Start your hand mixer on low, then gently pour in the ½ cup of melted butter. Keep mixing till smooth. Pour this into your prepared pan.
03 -
Grab a smaller bowl and stir together ¾ cup softened butter, 1 cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp flour, and 1 tbsp cinnamon until it's all combined.
04 -
Spoon the cinnamon mixture over the batter. Use a butter knife to create swirls throughout the mixture by dragging it through both batters.
05 -
Pop the dish in the oven for 35–40 minutes. Check it's done by inserting a knife in the center—it should come out clean.
06 -
In a small bowl, whisk 2 cups powdered sugar, 5 tbsp milk, and 1 tsp vanilla together. The glaze should be thick but easy to pour.
07 -
Pour the glaze over the warm cake, slice it up, and serve while it’s still fresh. Dig in and enjoy!
