# Ingredients:

→ Cake Mix

01 - ½ cup melted salted butter
02 - 3 cups all-purpose flour
03 - 2 eggs
04 - 1 ½ cups milk
05 - 1 cup white sugar
06 - 4 tsp baking powder
07 - 2 tsp vanilla extract

→ Cinnamon Mixture

08 - 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
09 - ¾ cup softened, salted butter
10 - 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
11 - 1 cup brown sugar

→ Sweet Glaze

12 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
13 - 5 tbsp milk
14 - 2 cups powdered sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and give a 9x13 baking dish a good coat of nonstick spray.
02 - Use a big mixing bowl to blend 3 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 4 tsp baking powder, 2 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla, and 1 ½ cups milk. Start your hand mixer on low, then gently pour in the ½ cup of melted butter. Keep mixing till smooth. Pour this into your prepared pan.
03 - Grab a smaller bowl and stir together ¾ cup softened butter, 1 cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp flour, and 1 tbsp cinnamon until it's all combined.
04 - Spoon the cinnamon mixture over the batter. Use a butter knife to create swirls throughout the mixture by dragging it through both batters.
05 - Pop the dish in the oven for 35–40 minutes. Check it's done by inserting a knife in the center—it should come out clean.
06 - In a small bowl, whisk 2 cups powdered sugar, 5 tbsp milk, and 1 tsp vanilla together. The glaze should be thick but easy to pour.
07 - Pour the glaze over the warm cake, slice it up, and serve while it’s still fresh. Dig in and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - This is tastiest warm when the cinnamon is still soft and gooey.
02 - Use less milk if you’d like a thicker glaze, or add milk by small amounts for a thinner drizzle.
03 - Nutritional values are just estimates. These can vary based on what and how much you use.
