Coconut Pineapple Treats (Print)

Easy tropical treats made with coconut, cream cheese, and pineapple. Great for celebrations or when you want a quick sweet fix.

# Ingredients:

01 - One 3 oz packet of pineapple-flavored gelatin mix.
02 - 1/2 cup finely crushed graham crackers.
03 - 2 cups dried unsweetened shredded coconut.
04 - One 8 oz block of softened cream cheese.
05 - 398 mL can of crushed pineapple, drained thoroughly.

# Steps:

01 - In a big bowl, whip up the softened cream cheese until it's nice and creamy.
02 - Toss in the pineapple, half of the coconut, the dry gelatin powder, and graham crumbs. Stir until it all mixes together.
03 - Chill the mix in the fridge for about an hour.
04 - Scoop out spoonfuls and roll into small balls. Cover each one with the leftover coconut.
05 - Keep them in an airtight container and pop them in the fridge.

# Notes:

01 - You don't need an oven for this one.
02 - Always store these in the refrigerator.
03 - The gelatin powder goes straight in dry.
