Turn your oven on and set it to 375°F (190°C). That way, it’ll be ready when you need it.

Coat a baking dish with butter or some cooking spray to make sure nothing sticks.

In a big bowl, break in the 6 eggs, toss in the cottage cheese and cheddar, and mix until smooth and blended.

Sprinkle in salt and pepper to your liking. If you’d like, throw in herbs, garlic, or your choice of veggies and meat.
