Cheesy Breakfast Eggs (Print)

01 - 450 grams (2 cups) of cottage cheese
02 - 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
03 - 6 eggs, large
04 - Salt and black pepper, as needed

# Steps:

01 - Turn your oven on and set it to 375°F (190°C). That way, it’ll be ready when you need it.
02 - Coat a baking dish with butter or some cooking spray to make sure nothing sticks.
03 - In a big bowl, break in the 6 eggs, toss in the cottage cheese and cheddar, and mix until smooth and blended.
04 - Sprinkle in salt and pepper to your liking. If you’d like, throw in herbs, garlic, or your choice of veggies and meat.
05 - Pour the mixture evenly into the greased dish. Bake for 25–30 minutes until it’s golden and a knife in the middle comes out clean.
06 - Cool for a few minutes, then slice it up. Pair it with salad, fruit, or toast for an easy side.
