Crack Chicken Slow Cook (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 green onions.
02 - 16 oz cream cheese.
03 - 1 packet ranch seasoning.
04 - 8 slices bacon.
05 - 1½ cups cheddar cheese.
06 - 2 pounds chicken thighs.

# Instructions:

01 - Drop the chicken into the slow cooker first. Toss the ranch seasoning and smear on the cream cheese.
02 - Put the lid on and cook on low for about 6 hours until the chicken turns soft.
03 - Use forks directly in the pot to pull the chicken apart. Stir it together with the melted cream cheese.
04 - Mix in the crispy bacon pieces and onions. Sprinkle cheddar cheese right on top.
05 - Close the lid and let it cook another 15-20 minutes until that cheese gets gooey.

01 - Works great stuffed in sandwiches.
02 - Perfect as a dip, too.
