Baked Cream Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Prep

01 - 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
02 - 1/2 cup of chicken stock
03 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil

→ Creamy Sauce

04 - One 8-ounce pack of softened cream cheese
05 - 1 freshly minced garlic clove
06 - A teaspoon of paprika
07 - Salt and black pepper, as needed
08 - 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped chives

→ Optional Add-Ons

09 - Half a cup of shredded cheddar cheese, if desired
10 - Fresh parsley leaves for sprucing up

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease up a baking dish lightly.
02 - Blend the softened cream cheese, minced garlic, paprika, chopped chives, salt, and a bit of pepper in a bowl till creamy.
03 - Lay the chicken in the dish and smother it with your creamy mixture. Add the chicken stock around the pieces and drizzle the oil on top.
04 - Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through. If using cheese, sprinkle it on about 5 minutes before pulling it out so it melts.
05 - Let the dish sit a couple of minutes. Add parsley, if you like, and serve while hot!
