# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 30 g unsalted butter
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 350 g chicken breast, cut into cubes
04 - 4 garlic cloves, chopped up
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian herb blend
06 - 75 ml dry white wine
07 - 400 ml chicken broth
08 - 180 g cream cheese
09 - 500 g gnocchi
10 - 100 g baby spinach, torn
11 - 30 g Parmesan, grated
12 - Salt, to taste
13 - Black pepper, freshly ground, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Turn off the heat, mix in the grated Parmesan, then hit it with salt and black pepper the way you like. Dish it up while it's nice and hot.
02 - Toss in the gnocchi and spinach, pop a lid on, and let it go for about 3-5 minutes. The gnocchi should be nice and soft, and the greens will slump down.
03 - Drop the cream cheese into the pot and keep stirring until it completely melts and everything is silky smooth.
04 - Pour in the white wine. Let it bubble for a minute or two so the booze cooks out. Shake in the herbs and chicken broth, then lower the heat and let it simmer.
05 - Mix in the garlic and let it cook for about a minute so it starts smelling good.
06 - Splash the olive oil into a roomy pan over medium, let the butter melt with it, then add the chicken. Let that cook for 4–5 minutes until you see nice golden bits.

# Notes:

01 - Try grating your own Parmesan for better flavor and meltiness.
02 - Keep stirring as you add the cream cheese so the sauce doesn't get lumpy.
