Melt In Mouth Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 4 chicken breasts, no skin or bones

→ Coating

02 - 1/4 cup optional breadcrumbs
03 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
04 - 1 cup mayo (or swap for Greek yogurt)

→ Seasonings

05 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
06 - 1/4 tsp salt
07 - 1/4 tsp paprika
08 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
09 - 1 tsp garlic powder

→ Garnish

10 - Chopped parsley (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and get your 9×13-inch dish ready by greasing it or lining it with parchment.
02 - In a bowl, stir up the mayo, Parmesan, and seasonings until it's creamy.
03 - Lay the chicken in the dish, cover each piece with the coating, and finish with breadcrumbs if you're using them.
04 - Cook for 25-30 minutes until the chicken’s at 165°F (74°C). You can broil it for 2-3 minutes to give it a golden top. Let it sit for 5 minutes before digging in.

# Notes:

01 - To make it lighter, swap mayo for Greek yogurt.
02 - Crank up the spice with a dash of cayenne.
03 - Gluten-free breadcrumbs work fine too.
