Vanilla Bean Panna (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups thick cream.
02 - 1 cup full-fat milk.
03 - ½ cup granulated sugar.
04 - 2 teaspoons vanilla paste (with seeds).
05 - 1 packet gelatin powder.
06 - 3 spoons of water.
07 - A tiny pinch of salt.
08 - Handful of pomegranate seeds.
09 - Fresh berries for garnish.
10 - A couple of mint leaves.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix water and gelatin in a small dish, then leave for 5 minutes to thicken.
02 - In a pan, warm the cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Stir until everything's combined and the sugar's melted.
03 - Take the pan off heat. Add the softened gelatin and whisk till it’s all incorporated.
04 - Pour the liquid into jars or glasses, then pop them in the fridge for six hours or more.
05 - Add fruit and mint on top if you’d like. Serve it cold.

01 - Make up to 3 days ahead of time.
02 - Garnish just before serving for best taste.
