Easy Air Fryer Chicken Breast (Printable Version)

Super moist chicken breasts cooked up in the air fryer with simple, bold seasoning.

# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - Olive oil
02 - Chicken breasts, skin removed, no bones

→ Seasoning Rub

03 - Black pepper
04 - Salt
05 - Italian spices mix
06 - Chili powder
07 - Onion powder
08 - Garlic powder
09 - Smoked paprika

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Mix your spices in a bowl. Let the chicken sit out on the counter for 15–20 minutes so it’s not cold.
02 - Massage the chicken with olive oil. After that, sprinkle on the seasonings and rub them in well.
03 - Pop chicken into the air fryer at 375°F. Give it 8 minutes, flip it over, then let it go for 5–10 minutes more (depends how thick it is).
04 - Take your chicken out when it hits 160°F inside. Let it chill for 5 minutes so it reaches 165°F before slicing.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Large (10oz): 8–10 minutes once you’ve flipped it
02 - Medium (8oz): 6–7 minutes after turning
03 - Small (6oz): 4–5 minutes after the flip
