Crispy Air Fryer Rolls (Printable Version)

Crunchy air-fried rolls stuffed with seasoned meat, veggies, and a touch of Asian flavor. Less oil, same tasty crunch.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 3 cups cabbage, shredded.
02 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
03 - 1 clove garlic, minced.
04 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar.
05 - 1 carrot, shredded.
06 - 3 scallions, chopped.
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
08 - 1 pound of ground pork or chicken.
09 - 1 tablespoon ginger, grated.
10 - 12 wrappers for egg rolls.
11 - Oil for brushing on rolls.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Cook the meat until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Toss in the seasonings and veggies, then sauté 3-4 minutes until the cabbage softens.
02 - Set the cooked mixture aside and allow it to cool completely.
03 - Spoon about 1/4 cup of filling onto each wrapper, moisten the edges, and roll them up tightly.
04 - Lightly brush rolls with oil. Cook at 350°F for 6-7 minutes. Flip, reapply some oil, then cook an extra 4-5 minutes.

# Additional Notes:

01 - You can use a frying pan instead of an air fryer.
02 - Prep the filling ahead of time if needed.
03 - Don’t pile rolls; cook them in one layer.
