Take a medium cauliflower, rinse it clean, pat it dry, and slice it into similar-sized florets. Place them in a big bowl or a plastic bag.

Drizzle olive oil on the cauliflower florets. Mix them up or rub the oil in, making sure they're fully covered.

Stir the spices together in a small dish. Sprinkle the mix over the oiled florets, then toss them until every piece is nicely coated.

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for a few minutes, only if your machine needs it.

Put the cauliflower in the fryer basket so it's in one flat layer. Fry at 400°F, shaking the basket every 5 minutes, until it's golden and crispy.
