Crispy Cauliflower Airfryer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 teaspoon fresh black pepper, ground.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric.
04 - 1 medium cauliflower (about 1.5 lbs), broken into florets.
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin).
06 - 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Take a medium cauliflower, rinse it clean, pat it dry, and slice it into similar-sized florets. Place them in a big bowl or a plastic bag.
02 - Drizzle olive oil on the cauliflower florets. Mix them up or rub the oil in, making sure they're fully covered.
03 - Stir the spices together in a small dish. Sprinkle the mix over the oiled florets, then toss them until every piece is nicely coated.
04 - Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for a few minutes, only if your machine needs it.
05 - Put the cauliflower in the fryer basket so it's in one flat layer. Fry at 400°F, shaking the basket every 5 minutes, until it's golden and crispy.
