Crispy Chicken Fritters (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 egg.
02 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour.
03 - 1 1/2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (about 9 ounces).
04 - 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, grated.
05 - 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Cut up the shredded chicken into smaller pieces with a knife or scissors so it measures 1.5 cups.
02 - Stir the chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella, flour, egg, and salt together in a bowl until smooth.
03 - Put a frying pan on medium-low heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil or butter.
04 - Spoon out small amounts of the mix onto the pan, press down gently with a spatula, then cook each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
05 - Move the cooked patties onto a plate lined with paper towels to cool off.
