Crispy Chicken Bake (Print)

Tender chicken breasts smothered in a ranch coating, crusted with Parmesan and breadcrumbs, then baked until perfectly golden.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
02 - 4 chicken breasts, no bones or skin
03 - 1 cup panko or regular breadcrumbs
04 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
05 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing

→ Seasonings

06 - Chopped parsley for a garnish
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - 1/2 teaspoon salt (season as you like)

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and either grease the baking sheet lightly or line it with parchment paper.
02 - In a shallow dish, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, paprika, onion, pepper, and a little salt together.
03 - Spread ranch dressing over every chicken breast so it's coated well. Then press each into the breadcrumb mixture to stick it on.
04 - Lay the coated chicken on the baking sheet. Drizzle some olive oil all over to help it crisp up.
05 - Pop it in the oven for 20-25 minutes. You'll know it's done when it's golden and hits 165°F inside.
06 - Top with fresh parsley and serve while warm. Add any sides you like to make it a full meal.
