Remove the membrane on the back of the ribs for the most tender texture.

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Generously coat both sides of the ribs with the spice rub, pressing it in for maximum flavor.

Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 2 ½ hours until tender and juicy.

Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully open the foil. Brush generously with BBQ sauce. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and broil the ribs for 5-6 minutes to let the sauce thicken and caramelize.
