Juicy, tender ribs caramelized with smoky BBQ sauce. Simple oven method for melt-in-your-mouth results.

# Ingredients:

→ Spice Rub

01 - 1 tablespoon salt
02 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
03 - 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
04 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon oregano
06 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1 rack of ribs, membrane removed

→ BBQ Sauce

08 - 1 cup BBQ sauce, recommendation: Bulls-Eye West Hickory

# Steps:

01 - Remove the membrane on the back of the ribs for the most tender texture.
02 - In a small bowl, combine all the spice rub ingredients.
03 - Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Generously coat both sides of the ribs with the spice rub, pressing it in for maximum flavor.
04 - Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 2 ½ hours until tender and juicy.
05 - Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully open the foil. Brush generously with BBQ sauce. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and broil the ribs for 5-6 minutes to let the sauce thicken and caramelize.
06 - Slice the ribs, serve, and enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth goodness!

# Notes:

01 - Removing the membrane from the back of the ribs ensures the most tender texture.
